The recall letter advised that for the time being, I should set software to limit charge to 80%. The car is noncompliant with the prescribed settings. If there is a danger to having settings no prescribed, I am in danger. I did set the settings in the car and in the Android app to 80%. Sometimes the 80% limit is respected, but often it charges to 100%. Even though the Android app always reports the setting as 80%. the car sometimes doesn't comply. I only charge in my garage, in the same spot, using a Level 2 charger. The recall letter also advised that the drive mode should be set to "Auto EV." But the Corsair does not have a setting called "Auto EV." I called several numbers at Ford, and no one was able to offer any help. Screenshots show charge settings on car and phone, and one charge respecting 80%, and one going past it.

The car keeps just fully turning off. Dealership has tried to replace the battery several times but the problem keeps happening. I am [XXX] and have been left stranded 4 times now. They can't seem to fix the problem. My car has been in the dealership 45 days of the 60 days I have owned it. I feel very vulnerable even if they do find a fix, I think it will happen again and again. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

* The rear differential failed/broke 12 hours into a 13 hour trip. There have been recalls for this issue for previous years but not for 2023 models (yet) * This happened on the interstate and we could have been seriously injured or killed with the sudden loss of function if this happened during the day. Fortunately, it happened at night with limited traffic on a Sunday. * The problem has been confirmed with a Lincoln dealer where the car was towed * Other than the service department at a dealership, the car has not been inspected by any other agency * No warnings of any kind prior to the problem. After the rear differential failure, then every warning light imaginable went off.

Vehicle Speed Control,Forward Collision Avoidance2 quejas

Cruise control will not hold lock. Suddenly without warning and with no manual input the speed will surge to well over 80MPH and continues to accelerate until the cruise control is manually disengaged. Also sometimes it will go the other way dropping Suddenly to under 50 MPH after being running at 65MPH. This will happen without warning even on an empty highway with no other cars in front. I took the car to the dealer who told me other 2023 Corsairs have the same problem and they said they did a software update but the problem is still there and was not fixed.

NHTSA #11632287

While the cruise control was engaged on the highway without touching anything the with the speed set to 65mph the speed would suddenly increase to in excess of 75 mph before I could catch it and reset the speed back to 65mph. Also there would be times when the speed would decrease below 65mph by 10 to 20 mph and not reset to the 65mph speed. This was happening when the AutoGlide self driving feature was not engaged- just regular adpative cruse control.

Since leasing the vehicle in February 2024, I have experienced persistent failures in the collision prevention system and other critical safety features. Despite multiple service visits, the issue remains unresolved, with Lincoln attributing the problem to a system update that has been repeatedly delayed. Chronology of Issues and Service Attempts: 1.Two Weeks After Leasing (February 2024) oThe collision prevention system began failing. oAdditional issue: Passenger-side windshield wiper fluid failure. oVehicle was returned to the dealer for service. oVehicle was returned the next day with the same collision system issue unresolved. 2.Second Service Attempt (March 2024) oThe Windshield wiper fluid issue was resolved. oCollision prevention system issue persisted. oLincoln informed me that the issue would be resolved through an automatic system update by the end of 2024. (Attachment 1) 3.Third Service Attempt (November 2024) oVehicle returned to Schumacher for the same system faults. oDealer returned the car, stating that there was no system update available yet. oLincoln now projected the system update for Q1 2025. (Attachment 2) oSchumacher advised scheduling another service appointment after December. 4.Fourth Service Attempt (January 2025) oVehicle was delivered for the collision system fault. oReturned the same day, again stating the issue would be resolved in Q1 2025 via an automatic system update. 5.Escalation to Lincoln Customer Service (Late January 2025) oContacted Lincoln customer service to formally report the issue and request a resolution. oA week later, Lincoln informed me that the only solution was to wait for the system update. 6.Fifth Service Attempt & Request for Rental Car (February 2025) oMy wife and I visited Schumacher Lincoln, requested to leave the vehicle, and asked for a rental while awaiting repairs. oRequest for a rental vehicle was denied. oThe same day, we received an automatic system installation update (Attachment

Due to a safety recall for possible battery fires, we have not been able to charge the PHEV for more than a year. This significantly affects the vehicle's mileage and performance and reduces the car's value. •We are unable to use the plug-in charging function for an extended period •We leased the vehicle specifically as a plug-in hybrid •The recall materially reduced the vehicle’s usefulness and fuel savings •We remain concerned about leasing another Corsair hybrid Furthermore: •We leased the vehicle specifically for plug-in capability •We paid a premium for the hybrid model •We were unable to use charging/EV mode for a prolonged period •Fuel costs increased because the vehicle functioned more like a regular gas SUV

The component that failed is a known issue with the backup camera blue screen. My vin# isn't part of the recall but should be. The safety factor is well known. The dealer has reproduced the issue replaced the camera and applied the temporary fix but it failed again. The temporary fix also caused the 360 feature to freeze in one spot. There were no symptoms of the problem prior to the failure.

Seems to be an electrical problem with the car. i have had it in for repairs 5xs now cant seem to fix it or cant find the problem. The entire ADAS system fails at different points. Sometimes i get warnings. One time entire car went black while driving on highway. Lincoln claims no faults were stored. Head lights light on their own while parked and locked or sometimes they don't work at all. Rear tailgate opened while driving. Ventilation system displays in Chinese. This has been going on for a little over a year now.

Purchased car in early January 2024 and on February 18th the vehicle wouldn't start. Got the vehicle to start after jumping it and drove straight to the dealership to have it checked / repaired. The car has been in the dealership service bay ever since. I worked with dealership and then escalated the issue to Lincoln Concierge Group (corporate office). I am told it is an issue with the Audio Control Module (ACM) where the electronics continue to draw down on the battery even after the car is shut off. The Lincoln programmers have taken multiple attempts to fix the problem ... all unsuccessfully. The new car has been in the dealership for OVER a month now. They have provided a loaner in the meantime but that is little consolation for the time and concerns we have with the vehicle purchased. I have asked that they consider the vehicle a lemon and allow for acquisition of another Lincoln. These requests have been denied but may be considered in the future. Looking for assistance in resolving this issue.

Missing Parts during assembly resulted in wire melting onto muffler which subsequently resulted in error messages relating to the parking brake and disabling of the Adaptive Cruise Control and BlueCruise while driving. The failure to install deflectors, a part that is just inside the wheel well to keep wires from touching the muffler, is an ongoing issue which is discussed in a Lincoln forum since April 2022. I have found comments relating to these missing deflectors on Fords since 2019. [XXX] The missing parts are mostly, but not all, associated with having a towing package installed. If the wire had melted all the way through then a catastrophic event might have happened. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

I want to bring to your attn something I feel is quite hazardous, but is no longer a worry for me. I have a new Lincoln Corsair, top trim, with Blue cruise self driving. I found I could set the cruise for a certain speed, say 48mph, and several min later the vehicle would suddenly accelerate, at times to 70 mph. No one a the dealership had a clue. The chief mechanic took it for a drive. He " could not duplicate the problem". My wife and I , on our own, solved this. One of the dozens of things in the vehicle set up process ( customizing) was to choose a speed above the speed limit ( 5 or 10 or 15 , etc). I assumed it would set off a sound to remind me to check my speed. NO. When the car on cruse control enters an area, pre-mapped for accept Blue cruise (Tesla like self drive), its cameras read the speed limit sign. If I set and was driving at 48 mph, passed a 55mph sign , the car surged to 70mph. It was scary. I have since lowered the setting to 5mph and all is well. I phoned Lincoln in Detroit, Very polite but would not connect me or take a meaningful message. The dealership was respectful but did not have a clue
