Blend door actuator is making a loud clicking noise which indicates the blend door actuator is either broken or going out. This problem will cause the heat and air to not function correctly. This seems to be an issue on several makes and models of Hondas 2019-2021(possibly other years). My Honda has 46,000 miles on and always had scheduled maintenance completed.

NHTSA #11684168

Car won’t start, all lights on the dashboard are on and off and shows a message about brake problems and contact the dealership

NHTSA #11668797

The control panel/display touch screen stops working and the display acquires a mind of its own. It begins selecting things randomly and quickly. Automatically changing the radio, volume, and calling people in my contacts. Major distraction while driving and has almost caused accident for me multiple times

NHTSA #11669808

Infotainment screen is glitching. Randomly selecting options, turning on GPS, turning off GPS, changing the stations, and just selecting the different options on screen without actually having touched it with a finger.

NHTSA #11667280

my radio is acting crazy it change by it self and change screens

NHTSA #11661701

This issue has been happening since purchasing my vehicle in 2021. While driving my 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid in warm weather (above ~60°F), the infotainment touchscreen malfunctions frequently. The screen registers phantom touches on its own—switching menus, blasting the radio, canceling navigation, and dropping phone calls. After each phantom touch, the screen becomes completely unresponsive for 30–60 seconds, leaving me unable to access key functions like navigation or climate controls. This happens almost daily in warmer conditions, especially on longer drives. My Honda dealer replaced the audio unit, but the problem persists. They acknowledged it’s a known issue but have no fix. This malfunction is a major safety risk and makes it difficult to comply with hands-free laws, as I’m forced to troubleshoot the touchscreen while driving.

NHTSA #11659901

Infotainment system randomly cycles through menu, as if I'm pressing buttons on the screen. It will lose navigation, randomly call my contacts and audio will turn off and on. This is extremely unsafe. Once it starts doing this the screen becomes unresponsive to actual touch. I can't stop it if I want to. I'm stuck disconnecting my phone and using the screen as navigation, constantly looking down while driving or holding the phone to make a phone call. Local Honda dealerships have told me that it's a common problem with no solution.

NHTSA #11740384

The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed the interior of the vehicle was full of smoke. The vehicle was unoccupied. The contact stated no visible fire was noticed. The contact inspected and noticed that the passenger side of the dashboard and the glove box were melted. The contact stated the vehicle had just been driven and parked for about an hour prior to the failure. No warning lights were illuminated. In addition, the passenger front door well and the carpet on the front passenger side were melted. The local fire department was contacted and determined that the fire was caused by exposed wires. The fire department chief disconnected the battery as a precaution. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.

The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated that after refueling the vehicle, the vehicle failed to restart. The contact stated that a bystander recharged the battery, and the vehicle was restarted. The contact stated that there were several unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the battery needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 126,000.

NHTSA #11620477

The screen randomly freezes or toggles between different screen without user input. It will randomly exit navigaton, end calls, increase volume, etc. This happens irrespective of day or night and whether I am using Android Auto of the factory navigation. Several times it has ended navigaton while driving cause me to have to pull over to avoid going in the wrong direction or missing turns. The system has also had its software updated the, factory reset and software reset with no improvement in the situation.

NHTSA #11685477

Infotainment center has phantom touches, the screen also freezes up and goes completely black when it is connected to a phone and also when it’s not connected to a phone. When car is connected via CarPlay for directions it will not display all the time or it will completely shut off in the middle of the directions, the only way for it to unfreeze or cut back on is if the car is turned off which makes it very dangerous. This has been happening for 2 years.

Engine13 complaints

I am filing a complaint regarding the premature head gasket failure on my 2021 Honda Accord, which failed on May 28, 2026, with only 89,000 miles on the vehicle. A head gasket is a critical engine component that should last well beyond 89,000 miles under normal driving conditions and proper maintenance. I purchased this vehicle because of Honda's reputation for reliability and longevity, and I am extremely disappointed to experience such a major engine failure at this mileage. After researching the issue, I found numerous reports from other Honda Accord owners experiencing similar head gasket failures, particularly in newer models equipped with the 1.5L turbocharged engine. Many owners report engine misfires, coolant loss, overheating, and costly repairs at relatively low mileage. This suggests there may be a broader issue affecting these vehicles rather than normal wear and tear. My vehicle has been properly maintained, and I did not expect to face a repair of this magnitude before reaching 100,000 miles. The cost of replacing a failed head gasket is substantial and places an unfair financial burden on owners who reasonably expect Honda vehicles to provide dependable service. I respectfully request that Honda review this matter, investigate the growing number of similar complaints, and provide assistance with repair costs. I believe Honda should stand behind its products and support customers who experience premature component failures. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to a prompt response and a fair resolution.

NHTSA #11729907

2021 Honda Accord EX-L, 1.5T turbocharged engine. Within 8 months of purchase at approximately 21,900 miles, I experienced three separate incidents of sudden complete engine power loss at highway speeds. During each incident the vehicle would not exceed 2,000 RPM and multiple warning lights illuminated simultaneously including check engine, TPMS, brake system warning, and Honda Sensing alerts. The vehicle was inspected by two independent Honda dealerships on multiple occasions including cylinder drop tests, leakdown tests, and full fluid checks. The vehicle passed every test at both locations with fluids confirmed properly maintained. Despite passing all professional inspections the power loss incidents continued to recur. The third incident occurred in a residential driveway with a passenger present and was captured on video. A Honda dealership subsequently diagnosed a head gasket coolant leak with an estimated repair cost of approximately $8,000. Research revealed numerous other 2021 Honda Accord 1.5T owners reporting identical symptoms regardless of maintenance history. This appears to be a known design defect in the 1.5T cylinder head where a narrow coolant passage represents a structural weak point that fails regardless of maintenance. Owners have been reporting this to NHTSA since 2024 requesting a recall. This defect created dangerous conditions at highway speeds with passengers present on multiple occasions. The vehicle is currently available for inspection at a Honda dealership. I am requesting NHTSA investigate and initiate a formal recall of all affected vehicles. i have everthing documeneted from the 4 dealship visit ive done since the start of the issue.

All the lights came on in my car and it wouldn’t accelerate. Brought to dealership and they stated it was a blown head gasket and it was a known problem with the 1.5 turbo cars. There are also 2 others problems that are known problems with these cars and Honda isn’t doing anything about it.

NHTSA #11719498

Head gasket blew randomly. Just hit 100,000 miles. I was on the highway and my speed just started to decrease 65 to 35

NHTSA #11714521

Stretch timing chain 1.5 T, 86000 miles. It is very common in these motors. Just had to pay $2400 to have it replaced

NHTSA #11714285

Financed a used 2021 honda accord sport in April of 2024 with 68,671 miles. About a month ago, with no warning signs of any sort such as overheating etc...my car did not want to start, finally started but was sputtering with a rough idle, my dash lit up with like 7 or more warning lights. Including a flashing check engine light. All the were safety warnings from braking system not working, to power steering to emissions failure, etc... and to take to dealership. Got the car to a local mechanic to get a diagnostics reading and was told I had a misfire in cylinder 2. Replaced the #2 coil and spark plug. Thought everything was fine until picking up my daughter from school and then all those warning messages lit my dash up again including the flashing check engine light. Car started sputtering and went into limp mode. Lost power and by the grace of God was able t9 coast off the major Blvd away from traffic and out of harms way. Very, very scary. My life literally flashed before my eyes. Not only my life was in danger but my daughters along with other drivers around me. So I took it back to mechanic and he ran diagnostics again still had a misfire. He could not pin point the exact problem. Took it to the dealership and they confirm it was a faulty head gasket between CYL 2 and water jacket. And they quoted me a price of 5,998. Which i can not afford. And feel Im not responsible for catastrophic major mechanical failure. I maintenance my car regularly thru the dealership so they have record of me properly maintenancing the car. Head gasket failure at 80,000 miles is absolutely unheard of. Until I started researching and come to find out this is a design flaw made by Honda. I was flabbergasted with the amount of people with the exact type of problem. Im afraid that even after repairing this problem that it may happen again down the line. And that would be putting my life in danger. Vehicle is still at dealership being that I can not afford the repairs.

NHTSA #11716060

The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle decelerated and was hesitating while accelerating. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the spark plugs were replaced. The contact stated that months later, the vehicle experienced the same issue and was taken back to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with a blown head gasket. Two months later, the spark plugs were replaced again. Another two months later, additional components were repaired. The vehicle had been at the dealer for several months and the technicians were unable to determine the cause of the failure. The low engine oil warning light was illuminated, even though the engine oil level was not low. The dealer was unaware of the cause of the failure and stated that the engine needed to be dissembled for further inspection. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 133,000.

NHTSA #11745014

Starts Vehicle at cold start and notice right away engine turbulence, engine light flashing, lost some coolant and white smoke. Scan vehicle for codes, engine misfire #2.

NHTSA #11715440

The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while her son was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle experienced a loss of automotive power and stalled. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer who diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the head gasket was blown. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was unknown.

NHTSA #11650804

Head gasket blown before 50k miles even at 30k miles ive seen it happen to my friend!

NHTSA #11634205

Twice while driving at highway speeds the check engine light came on. My car's engine was misfiring, and I have no acceleration. Both times, I took local roads home on which I could drive below 35 mph. Pulling out from traffic lights and stop signs was difficult. The dealership where I bought the car has been unable to diagnose the problem. No codes come up on the computer, and my car is currently at the dealership. The service manager has been able to duplicate the problem and still no diagnostic codes were recorded. The dealership technicians have contacted Honda engineering for advice.

NHTSA #11629132

On 3 occasions, was accelerating on interstate (after entering from ramp), check engine light began blinking, car shook terribly & went into limp mode - gas pedal was to the floor but car continued to lose power. Had to pull off road - turned car off, waited 20 minutes, turned car back on - check engine light went off & car was drivable. Another time, while accelerating on interstate, check engine light started blinking & all warning lights came on flashing. Car began losing power - had to pull off on side of the interstate - car was towed to the dealership. Another time, was pulling off from a light on highway - I accelerated, check engine light began blinking, car shook terribly & went into limp mode, requiring me to pull off on side of the highway - turned the car off for 15 minutes - turned it back on, light was off & was able to drive car. Most recent incident - was accelerating on small, 2 lane highway - check engine light began flashing & car shook terribly but didn't go into limp mode - otherwise behaved as before. Each time, took the car to the dealer ASAP to report problem. First time, was told they had to fix broken tail light b/c it was throwing off system & they couldn't get a computer reading. Once done, was told that they got a "CYL2 Miss Fire Code. Performed diagnosis on code. Diagnosis led to improperly adjusted valves. Performed valve adjustment. Found half of valves loose and half tight." Was road tested - no further concerns noted by dealer. Other times, was told that computer wasn't showing any codes. Last event literally happened in front of Advance Auto - pulled in/hooked up to check code - indicated a Cyl 2 misfire. Took to dealer - said no code showing - berated me for having checked @ Advance - said it erased any codes, even though I told them the code that was noted. This is a serious safety issue due to car going limp when accelerating on interstate where others are going 70-90 mph. Dealer says nothing they can do d/t no code showing.

Infotainment is malfunctioning and it is available for inspection. The screen clicks on its own, and leads to GPS errors, makes incorrect phone calls and does not respond to my inputs. It has not been reproduced by the dealer, but I have videos and have shown the dealer. It has not been inspected by others. There were no messages or warning lamps.

NHTSA #11740242

The USB port in the center console of my 2022 Honda Accord (VIN: [XXX] ) is physically loose and wobbly, causing intermittent disconnection of Apple CarPlay. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. When CarPlay disconnects while driving, I lose access to my navigation (GPS), requiring me to manually interact with my phone or the infotainment screen to restore the connection. This creates a significant distracted driving hazard. The disconnection occurs unpredictably with minor road vibrations or bumps, meaning it frequently happens at highway speeds. Not yet. The vehicle has not yet been brought in for this specific issue. The problem is consistently reproducible — any slight movement of the USB cable causes disconnection. This is a known and widely reported issue No. The vehicle has not yet been inspected by any of these parties regarding this specific defect. No warning lamps illuminate. The only symptom is the CarPlay interface disconnecting on the screen when the vehicle hits a bump or the cable is slightly moved, indicating the USB port itself is physically loose and failing to maintain a stable connection. The issue began and has persisted since I first noticed it. No prior warning was given before the port became loose. The USB port used for wired Apple CarPlay is physically loose and wobbly, causing the connection to drop with the slightest vibration or road bump. I have tried multiple cables and positions without improvement. Losing CarPlay while driving means losing active navigation, forcing dangerous driver distraction to reconnect. This is a known defect reported by numerous 2021 Accord owners. I am requesting this be investigated for a potential recall or technical service bulletin. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

NHTSA #11729856

I am reporting a safety-related issue on my 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid involving a failure of the heating and climate control system. The vehicle is unable to produce heat or properly defrost the windshield, which significantly reduces visibility in cold weather. This directly impacts safe operation during winter conditions and should be considered a safety concern rather than a comfort issue. A Honda dealership diagnosed the problem as a heater core failure. The heater core itself is approximately 150, but the repair requires extensive disassembly and is estimated at nearly 2,000 due to labor. This type of failure should not occur on a vehicle this new. I recently purchased the car and do not believe this is normal wear or maintenance. Honda was contacted and denied goodwill assistance, stating they have no record of other complaints. I have since found similar reports from other Accord owners experiencing heating failures, particularly on hybrid models. This failure prevents windshield defogging and makes the vehicle unsafe for winter driving. I am documenting this issue with NHTSA so that the safety implications of heater failure on this model can be formally reviewed. I can provide the dealer diagnostic report, repair estimate, and Honda case number upon request. Vehicle Details: 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid EX VIN: [XXX] Mileage at failure: 47000 Date diagnosed: 11/13/25 Location: Salinas, CA Please advise if additional documentation is needed. I am writing to formally report a safety concern regarding the infotainment system in my 2021 Honda Accord. The infotainment system in my vehicle is faulty and exhibits consistent glitches that I believe pose a serious safety risk while operating the vehicle. The system frequently malfunctions by freezing, restarting unexpectedly, lagging during operation, or becoming entirely unresponsive. These issues affect critical functions such as navigation, backup camera display, audio controls, and in some cases, the touchscreen completely locks up, forcing me to divert my attention from the road. The system has even placed my iPhone into reset mode. This is not an isolated incident. The problem occurs on a regular basis and seems to worsen over time. I have attempted to address this issue with the dealership, but no permanent fix has been offered, and the system continues to behave erratically. This is highly distracting and potentially dangerous, especially when quick access to vehicle features is needed during driving. I believe this issue warrants investigation, as it undermines driver focus and could lead to an accident. I urge the NHTSA to look into this matter and consider whether a recall or manufacturer fix is necessary to ensure driver and passenger safety. Toyota is recalling 591,377 automobiles because the instrument panel display can fail and not show the driver critical information including vehicle speed, brake system and tire pressure warning lights, which could lead to a crash and injury. This issue has been going on for years with Honda vehicles but it's never been recalled. Vehicle details: Make/Model: 2021 Honda Accord VIN: [XXX] Mileage: 77,628 Date of Purchase: November 2021 Problem Frequency: Ongoing and frequent (daily ) I am happy to provide any additional documentation or video evidence if needed. The Infotainment system (car audio) in my car is intermittently extremely defective and very distracting. The system will intermittently have ghost touches on the screen, switch screens on its own, end GPS routes, place phone calls on hold, and all kinds of other things while I am driving. Searching the internet for a solution this is a problem that many owners are experiencing and they also report it to be extremely distracting and dangerous. A recall should be issued to correct the problem before someone is distracted and has a bad accident and gets injured or killed.

NHTSA #11678720

There is a loud humming noise that is starts at 40 mph. The noise comes and goes, but sometimes lasts for 10 minutes. It appears to be the Active Noise Cancelling unit. There was a previous bulletin Service Bulletin 21-053 about this issue for 2018-2020 Honda accords

NHTSA #11669382

The infotainment system has major issues. We cannot use it bc it is dangerously distracting. If a phone is connected it will randomly make unrequested calls, mute calls over and over again, turn off navigation, falsely reports police or accidents without anyone prompting it to do so and randomly turns on static and loud radios stations. Which is startling. It will also randomly start playing iTunes or a podcast that you’ve never heard of. It is always flipping screens. It isn’t an occasional occurrence. It is all the time. Recently during a 10 minute drive it made 4 unrequested calls. If a phone is not connected it flips through screens and turns on the radio randomly and tries to connect to phones without being requested to do so. When you do try to connect a phone good luck. It won’t work easily or only the sound will come through but the screen will say nothing is connected. The touch screen only works about 20% of the time. You have to find your phone to hang up a phone call you didn’t make. We have recorded video of incidences. It has been happening since we got the car but recently it has been worse.

NHTSA #11665569

Info entertainment screen will glitch out. It starts with not responding to touch. Then it will eventually connect to car play, once navigation is entered it will work for a moment before changing screens to stopping navigation. It will also randomly mute call when using hands free. Even when not connect with Bluetooth or WiFi it will start changing screens and audio options. **have video of glitching, if there is a way to upload Tried resetting to factory settings; didn’t fix issues. Delete phones and reconnected; didn’t fix issues, hard reset phones; didn’t fix issues.

NHTSA #11686151

Touch screen radio is not responding to my touch as well as it is pressing the buttons on the touch screen itself like a ghost.

NHTSA #11666218

The touch screen will constantly register Phantom touches. Many other owners complain about this, but since it is sporadic, the dealers won't fix it. It is a safety concern as it is a distraction, especially when using Google Maps navigation. It can only be stopped by filming the screen to zero, rendering it useless.

NHTSA #11612297

Infotainment system is glitching, I have had my car for 1 year and it is a distraction and frustrating when the infotainment system changes on its own. It shows touches to the screen when I have not touched the screen. Changes pages, mutes calls, closes maps, changes songs, etc. I have seen many blogs about it being a persistant problem for many people. When I take it to the dealership they will do nothing about it except disconnect the battery, which is not a solution. I do not like paying for a car that I am not able to use fully. Actions need to be taken to correct this issue for me and many other owners.

NHTSA #11681521

The infotainment screen touch is unresponsive half the time. Rarely works in the heat, sometimes works when cooler out. CarPlay is tough to connect reliably wireless or wired. There are other people complaining on online forums about the touch being unresponsive especially in the heat as well.

NHTSA #11607431

Honda head unit touch screen is glitching while driving. This causes my navigation system to shut down or freeze and then I am unable to use the touch screen entirely. The dealership has confirmed this as an issue that other people are experiencing as well.

Forward Collision Avoidance12 complaints

There are two locations in the town I live where I am driving under a bridge, and there is a dark shadow on the road from the bridge. My car’s accident mitigation braking system turns on at these locations and suddenly brakes the vehicle. This is not safe as people are traveling speed limit around me and I can cause an accident this way. About a month or two ago, the car behind me almost hit me at one of these locations when my vehicle’s automatic braking system turned on. It was made to prevent accident and brake if there is a vehicle, but because it is braking due to a dark shadow coming, it is not working properly and needs to be looked into. I called Honda and they want me to pay hundreds of dollars at my local Honda dealership for a diagnosis, I do not feel like I should be responsible for that fee as this is a safety feature that is not working as it should and instead making it less safe for me and drivers around me.

NHTSA #11721817

My car slammed on its own brakes hard out of nowhere with nothing in its forward. The first time it happened was about 9 months ago while I was driving on the highway, it was a quick moment of breaking without any reason, but the car didn't stop. Today it happened again, the speed was about 30 m/h, the car slammed hard on the brakes to an almost complete stop. I was lucky, nobody was behind.

Automatic breaking engaged with foot already pressing down brake pedal as traffic ahead was slowing. The automatic braking was overkill that the traffic that was slowing down ahead of me was now pulling away.

I just got off the freeway and coasted down the off-ramp, did not engage the brake nor the acceleration pedals. Suddenly the emergency brake system slammed on the brakes, it slowed me down from about 50 mph to around 20mph. There were no vehicles in front of me for at least 100 yards. It almost caused an accident by the people who almost slammed into the back of me.

My honda Accord’s automatic braking system suddenly engaged this morning for no reason. The driver of the car following me had to slam on his breaks to avoid rear-ending me. If the other driver had not stopped, we would both have been injured. Honda’s emergency braking system is dangerous. There should be a way to disable it permanently.

I was driving 40 mph and slowed down gradually pressing my brake due to a car making a right turn. As I'm slowing down to probably 15mph, the brakes wording shows on the odometer display. i had plenty of room between the turning right car but suddenly the car automatically stops while I'm in the lane. I could of got hit if there was a car behind me. This is the 1st time it has happen. I've seen the brake wording show up a few times while driving but this is the 1st time the car stopped on it's own. Currently researching on how to turn off the brake assist for the car. (This is a safety issue for other Accord owners)(purchased car DEC 2023)

NHTSA #11583759

I was driving down the highway at approximately 70 mph and a vehicle ahead, probably 8-10 car lengths lightly applied their brakes slowing down to my estimate of 60 mph. The forward collision activated and slammed my brakes causing a pickup behind me to slam on their brakes and swerve onto the shoulder to avoid a collision. This is not the first time this has happened, but the previous time the braking wasn't as severe.

NHTSA #11583746

I was driving 35mph and there was nothing in front of me when my car stopped. It would not move forward or accelerate despite pushing on the gas pedal. There was no forward motion or propelled motion. It took several seconds for my car to go again. The car was towed and serviced at the dealership. They said the front sensors had misfired. If a car would have been behind me or if I had been on the highway, this would have been a serious accident. The engine light never came on. A series of 5 warning lights related to the assisted driving came on but went away.

NHTSA #11576135

At speed limit cruising down I66. I was all alone. No birds in area at all. Open road. I was in middle lanes. Car attempted to come to a complete stop by itself. “Phantom Braking”? All my friends with Honda’s and Acura’s mentioned similar issues. If anyone was behind me, I could have caused a pile up or even worse. It’s happened a few times. Took to Capitol Heights Honda and Landmark Honda. They ran diagnostics. Explained to me there were no error codes. I explained to them, if system has a fault, it thinks it’s operating properly. So, no errors would appear! I have experience and education in computer programming (College), mechanical and electronic (US Army) and over 30 electromechanical troubleshooting, repair and maintenance and other IT experience. SME After they haven’t been able to do anything about it, I turn off all safely systems. I drive a lot. So, I’m also a very good driver. Have almost 65k miles on my vehicle. Date of incident below was when I forgot to turn off sensor. But it happened a few times before and I brought to Honda after first two times. I even had to rent a car at my expense.

My family and I were driving home to LA from NM. I had been using the cruise and steer assist earlier in the drive but had it off after going through a metro area interstate. There was no vehicles within the cars front camera system when while driving 75 mph( that was the sped limit in TX), the cars braking system engaged with a hard break, no “brake” light flash of rapid break pumps as it would do if something was within the camera range. I was able to get in slow lane and within 30 secs it did it again. I was able to drive another hour with no issue but stayed under 65mph. We are 7 hours away from home and will be getting it to the dealership. This could have caused a major wreck.

Dealers are telling me that Honda will only send them 10 per week and won't send more until the defective ones are returned to Honda. According to my dealer there are 2,000 other customers in line before me for my repairs. Honda also has a defective HondaLink app that work with car to communicate needed repairs and service. NHTSA #11744133

4 out of 5 times driving the car the infotainment screen with get random touches guiding you to unknown menus or system setting or maybe just to a different radio station. Where I think this becomes a legitimate safety concern (asside from changing vehicle settings like security) is when trying to use maps function the random touches will direct the map away from where you are or where your next turn might be. So you basically need to keep hitting re-center just to get you back on course. However most of the time there is an uncomanded touch that is stuck on the screen or possibly a number of touches that prevent a real finger print touch to be sensed ultimately preventing you from re-centering. This causes extended moments where attention is taken away from the road or late/last minute route correction causing unsafe road/driving conditions. The manufacturer only recommends doing a system restart of your infotainment screen which does nothing or complete replacement of the screen which in many cases including my own is not covered by warranty.... the alternative is to disconnect your phone from android auto or apple car play and use it in your hand which again causes distracted driving. If this was something as simple as a volume knob or temperature control not responding I wouldn't even be here but since it always touching different placed and navigating you places you dont want to be i see it as a clear safety issue that should be corrected. Thanks

ssue: Water intrusion into tail light assembly causing electrical and safety system malfunctions Status: Repaired at owner expense (~$800) Concern: Safety‑related defect and potential pattern across vehicles Description of the Issue: My 2021 Honda Accord experienced a failure where water entered the tail light assembly and caused electrical shorts. This resulted in multiple safety‑critical system warnings, including brake system alerts, ABS/VSA warnings, and Honda Sensing failures. The vehicle also lost acceleration and entered a reduced‑power “limp mode,” creating a hazardous driving situation. The dealership diagnosed the issue as water intrusion into the tail light assembly. The entire assembly had to be replaced at a cost of over $800. After replacement, all warnings and drivability issues resolved immediately.

This problem is seemingly widespread from one google search! The infotainment system screen will randomly start doing “ghost touches,” tapping random areas of the screen which is distracting but also clicking on things that shouldn’t be casually clicked like emergency calling or calling a random number! The screen would end my navigation, mute the speaker, go back, switch to a different app, etc. There is no warning lights or anything. The honda dealerships seem to realize that this is a know issue but will not replace it. They stated that replacing it is doesn’t always work as the problem returns. My car is perfect besides this issue and has never been in a crash.

NHTSA #11710832

Occasionally the touch screen will have phantom touches and start randomly acting like it was clicked in random parts. This makes it do random things like switch from navigation to radio to calling random numbers. While driving this is especially distracting and poses a safety hazard. The issue is reported many times online and seems to be common especially when they temperature outside is above 70 degrees. The only solution from Honda seems to be to pay to replace the screen but it’s not a true fix as it can happen again.

NHTSA #11686473

While driving, all of my dashboard warning lights turn on at the same time. On several occasions, the vehicle has also completely shut off while I was driving, creating a dangerous situation where I lost power steering & braking assistance. I request that your safety/ recall department investigate this issue immediately to determine whether it falls under an active recall or should be added as a new recall. I know several people who has the same issue in my city with the same model car as mines. plus I seen on social media where people who has the model as mines have the same issue.

NHTSA #11691133

The infotainment system is registering multiple "ghost" touches, switching screens from GPS Air Play, to FM radio, to system info, to screen saver, to making actual phone calls, etc. This happens many times within a 30 second window. Many times, the infotainment system will power on its own accord and then flip through various screens. It has been reset 20-25 times and a hard reset by disconnecting a battery 5 times. Nothing helps. Honda said nothing they can do. I have multiple videos to prove the problem. This is a common problem as stated across multiple Honda Accord forums. It creates an unsafe driving environment.

NHTSA #11678508

Shortly after purchasing this 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid (used, from a dealer), the infotainment touchscreen began to exhibit phantom touch behavior — the screen activates or presses buttons on its own without user input. This causes menus to change, volume to fluctuate, navigation to exit, or apps to open/close while the vehicle is in motion. It occurs frequently. The issue is not related to driver error, screen protector use, or moisture. The system has been rebooted and factory reset without improvement. A dealership employee has personally witnessed the issue in person, and I have recorded video proof of it occurring. This behavior is distracting and unsafe, as it pulls the driver’s attention away from the road unexpectedly as the screen flashes, and produces audible beeps. This issue makes it difficult or impossible to control basic vehicle functions like audio, phone calls, or climate. On one occasion, it rapidly switched inputs and opened screens while I was actively driving. Given how many critical systems are integrated into this touchscreen — including vehicle settings, audio, climate, backup camera interface, and navigation — a malfunction like this compromises safe operation of the vehicle whilst the vehicle is in motion. This defect was not disclosed prior to sale and was present within the first few days of ownership. I urge NHTSA to investigate this issue for potential design flaws or hardware failures in Honda’s infotainment systems, particularly in Accord Hybrid models with the Display Audio touchscreen.

NHTSA #11672047

The touch screen display malfunctions and is often either unresponsive or it has ghost touches and moves across various screens while you are driving and during navigation. The system will make calls, activate voice assistance, move the map when navigation is active to where you can no longer see your route, switch between audio sources, open random apps, etc while driving leading to distraction. The touch screen will not respond to your touch but continue to do its own thing. This is dangerous while driving because it is hard to end calls, get back to your navigation, or focus on the road when voice assistants are activated randomly and difficult to turn off. There is not a reset button for this issue so it may continue the duration of your drive. The issue has been confirmed by a dealer with the suggestion to replace but online forums suggest this is a widespread issue and replacement does alleviate the problem. The vehicle has not been inspected by police or insurance. There were not any warning lamps, messages, or systems prior to the issue.

NHTSA #11739658

Touch screen glitching and beeping, acts as if being touched and scrolls through settings and apps randomly; makes phone calls that can’t easily be disconnected, hangs up calls, enables or disables navigation. Many distracting and potentially dangerous glitches. Unsure if integrates into automated features and unsure if it will engage braking, steering, cruise control, etc. while driving. Replacement part indefinitely back ordered. Local and corporate uncooperative in answering questions regarding safety concerns. Touchscreen unresponsive frequently.

I am reporting a serious safety concern involving my 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE. The issue began at approximately 78,000 miles when multiple warning lights suddenly appeared on the dashboard while driving. At the same time, the vehicle began shaking and had difficulty accelerating. The engine felt unstable and the car struggled to gain speed. I immediately took the vehicle to a mechanic where it was diagnosed with an engine misfire on cylinder 3. The spark plug and ignition coil were replaced. After this repair the vehicle appeared to run normally for a short time, but the exact same symptoms returned shortly afterward. The vehicle again began shaking while driving and experienced loss of power and poor acceleration. This creates a serious safety concern, especially when merging onto highways or driving in traffic where sudden loss of power could lead to an accident. After researching this issue, I discovered numerous complaints from other owners of 2021 Honda Accords describing the same symptoms that ultimately resulted in blown head gasket failures. These complaints appear in the NHTSA database and other consumer forums. The pattern of engine misfires, shaking, and loss of acceleration appears to be consistent across many vehicles with similar mileage. Despite the number of similar complaints, there are currently no recalls associated with my VIN. I believe this may indicate a broader manufacturing defect affecting these vehicles. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate this issue further to determine whether a safety defect exists that could require a recall or other corrective action.

NHTSA #11723127

The vehicle suffered an unexpected loss of engine compression and dropped into a dangerous Limp Mode while driving due to a Cylinder 3 Misfire code (P0303). The manufacturer dealership misdiagnosed the mechanical issue using an unrelated 2.0L engine service bulletin (SB23-026) to clear the error. Six months later, the dashboard completely illuminated again with code P0299 (Turbocharger Underboost) caused by progressive pressure and compression loss across the 1.5L turbo engineering components. Upon post-visit inspection, engine fluids were found severely depleted. This ongoing engineering failure causes a sudden loss of vehicle motive power on public highways, creating a severe, recurring safety hazard that mirrors the active federal engine defect class-action litigation against American Honda Motor Co. My car ran hot for the first time and I was told my head gaskets were blown and I needed a new radiator. Once I got that repaired I was then told my transmission cooler went bad on my car which caused my engine to run hot and blow my gaskets in addition to cracking my radiator. I keep my car serviced as required with the Honda dealership and they had advised seeing this same issue in several other vehicles like mine. My car has less than 100k miles and I am the only owner. It has never given me ANY warning lights. The techs feel this is a manufacturer defect as my car should not be having this type of issue this soon. That’s the benefit of a Honda as I have owned several new Hondas and have never had any issues. I have done research and there are several forms with this same issue reported. I am attaching the initial work order. I was just advised of the transmission issue on Monday.

My car has 79700 miles and starter shaking vigorously while on the freeway. Took it to the Honda dealership and I have a blown headgasket. After reading the [XXX] forums this is a ridiculously common problem with these cars around 45-90k miles. Honda is saying it's not under warranty and it's a $5400 fix for me. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? The vehicle’s collision avoidance automatic braking system is malfunctioning. It engages unexpectedly while the vehicle is moving with normal traffic flow. The system is still installed and fully available for inspection upon request. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The automatic braking system activates suddenly and without cause while I am driving at typical speeds (approximately 40–60 mph) with the flow of traffic. This unexpected braking creates a serious risk of rear-end collisions, both endangering me and putting other drivers at risk of crashing into my vehicle from behind. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? I have reported the issue to the dealer, but they have been unable to replicate the problem during their inspections. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others? No, the vehicle and its braking system have not yet been inspected by the manufacturer, law enforcement, insurance representatives, or any other third parties. Were there any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No warning lights, messages, or other indicators were present before the issue occurred. I purchased the vehicle last month, and the problem with the collision avoidance braking system has been present consistently since then.

Infotainment Center: I am submitting this complaint regarding my 2021 Honda Accord Sport and the ongoing issues I’ve experienced with its infotainment system. This problem has been persistent, unpredictable, and increasingly concerning from both a usability and safety standpoint. Since purchasing the vehicle, the infotainment center has repeatedly malfunctioned without any warning. The screen will freeze, switch from setting to setting, or become unresponsive to touch input. At times, it will randomly reboot while I am driving. These issues occur regardless of whether I am using navigation, Bluetooth audio, or even when the system is idle. This also affects the ADAS, periodically, warnings will be displayed, and then not show up. What makes this especially troubling is how it affects my ability to safely operate the vehicle. For example, when the system freezes, I lose access to navigation directions mid-route, which forces me to either drive without guidance or attempt to troubleshoot the issue while on the road. Similarly, when using hands-free calling or music controls, the glitches can be distracting and require repeated attempts to regain control, taking my attention away from driving. I rely on my vehicle daily, and this ongoing issue has caused a great deal of frustration and concern. A modern vehicle’s infotainment system is not just a convenience—it is integrated into essential driving functions. When it fails, it directly impacts driver awareness and safety. I am requesting that this issue be investigated further, as it appears to be a systemic problem rather than an isolated defect. I hope that by reporting this, it may help lead to a resolution for myself and other drivers experiencing similar problems.

This Honda Accord Sport SE has had electrical problems from the day I received the vehicle. Every time I went for an oil change at Bommarito Honda I mentioned it to them and they said “yeah the new Hondas do tend to hand a lot of those electrical problems” so with this the problems continued to get worse. Sometimes the buttons do not work, sometimes they do, sometimes the lights don’t work and sometimes they do and sometimes the safety features and break system automated itself. I have slammed my head on the steering wheel on multiple occasions. I believe this needs to be looked into because the malfunction of the car falsely reports danger and caused an accident. Yes every time it malfunctions it flashes briefly and so quickly on the screen .

I saw that they are investigating Honda Pilots for an automatic braking issue. I wanted to report that on my car I’ve had the automatic brake warning come on at least 3 times while driving at highway speed with nothing in front of me. This is over a period of 3 years (my car has 40k). The brakes didnt engage, but it alerts you like it will engage for a couple seconds then the alert goes away. It could be related to the Pilot issue. If the brakes did engage I would likely get rear ended on the highway. So far it hasnt happened but it is scary when it does. Another issue that I had to repair, and one that has not fully been resolved is the head gasket. I have been losing coolant at an alarming rate. Every two weeks I have to fill up coolant. I had the head gasket repaired at a Honda Dealership, and this is currently being diagnosed by another Honda Dealership, as I do not want to deal with the Honda Dealership in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Currently, a Honda Dealership in Iowa City, Iowa is handling the issue, but the head gasket along with the cylinder head were originally repaired in October 2025. Since December 2025, I have been losing coolant on a regular basis. I still have 5,000 miles left on my extended warranty, but there have been many owners who have had their head gasket replaced, or are needing replacement, and Honda refuses to acknowledge that there is a manufacturing defect with the engine. The 2.0 liter turbo engine has a major design flaw with it's cooling passages, and Honda has yet to come up with a resolution. Having an engine overheat is a major safety concern! The current dealership is driving my vehicle on a regular basis, in fact the service advisor is driving it to work and back home (35 miles each way) to replicate the problem. At this point, a recall should be issued by Honda, as there is currently a class action lawsuit that has occurred in the state of California.

@ 96,970 miles, (2021 Honda Accord Hybrid) when getting on the freeway and accelerating to catch up with traffic, the car began sputtering, the check engine light flashed, the accelerator stopped working and I had to get it to the shoulder of the freeway immediately. The car sputtered and shook. I turned the car off, let it sit. I tried re-starting it and it started fine, no check engine light. I drove it slow off the freeway and to my home close by. I got it to the dealer. The Service Rep said he had never heard of this issue although it does appear on Honda Forums. He said no codes showed and decided it needed a Cylinder adjustment and then decided it also needed a new (refurbished) transmission. It was in the shop for weeks. I've tried warming the car up longer and using more expensive gas. Issue continues to happen. I called an made an appointment at the dealer for first available date. Today I had it checked for codes again from a different mechanic and the mechanic said it has no codes - at all. Fluids all perfect, no issues with coolant levels. All maintenance has been completed on schedule. I did video tape my dash when it happened Wednesday, on I80, 3/5/25 12:12pm.

At 14,000 miles the passenger front seat shifts laterally when occupied under weight shifts in turns. Also makes an audible knocking sound. American Honda would not cover this potential safety issue after positive diagnosis from our local Honda dealer. The vehicle is covered under a 12,000 mile CPO warranty.

Driving on the highway, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Car started having white smoke at tail pipe. Check engine lit blink 5 times. Had 4 kids under 14 years old in car. Almost got hit trying to merge over. Turns out misfire cylinder 4. Head gasket. Only 81,000 miles. I have owed 5 months. Car currently at Honda, they want almost 4,400 to repair. But apparently, Honda is aware of these HEAD gaskets going prematurely, in 1.5 l. and has done nothing about it. I do not have the money to repair this car on top of how dangerous it was to be driving on the highway. When this happened.

The head gaskets are known to fail on the 10 generation accord. It failed on my 2021 Honda accord ex-l. I left work and while I was driving the dashboard lit up with every possible light. This was quickly followed by the vehicle losing power on the highway. I ultimately got it repaired by a Honda certified mechanic. The mechanic took it to a Honda dealer to confirm it was the gasket, in which it was. There were no warning lamps message or other symptoms prior to the failure. At the time of power loss I was on an 8 lane highway at 70mph. Luckily no accidents occurred, but the failure definitely put my safety at risk along with others. The mechanic I took my vehicle to has all available information if needed upon request.

My vehicle is currently suffering a failed head gasket. I was alerted about this issue from local mechanics and friends way before it actually happened. I took it to services and regular maintenance even more frequently after that. However, it still failed no matter what. I took it to the dealership, they even admitted that this is a known problem for this generation of vehicle. They still proceeded to ask nearly $7000 to fix it, saying that even though this is a known issue, there was no recalls on the vehicles so they could not waive or deduct the fees.

I am writing to file a complaint on the service that was provided at Vann York Honda. On February 17, 2026, I was returning home from work and my car had a hard idle at start up. I was able to drive it home without issue. The next day, February 18, I got in my car and I had another hard idle start with many check engine codes appearing on the dashboard. I drove it to Vann York Honda in High Point, North Carolina for service. I was told it was a faulty fuel injector causing the problem and that it needed to be replaced. I left the car there over night and paid for the service; approximately 3,000. I got the car back on February 19. On February 20, I again had a rough idle on start up. I brought the car back to Vann York Honda and advised them that I was experiencing the same issue as before. The mechanic brought it to the back and advised me that he could not find anything wrong with the vehicle and that it is running fine. I expressed my concerns with the vehicle and he stated that without a error code or check engine light being on, it would be difficult to diagnose. The technician and the advisor said to keep driving it until a light comes on saying there is a problem since they could not find an issue. in the following 2 weeks, I had regular rough idles on start up and the fuel efficiency dropped approximately 6 miles per gallon. When I filled the car with gas, the fuel range dropped from 540 to 370. When I called about that issue, they said they reset the computer when performing the previous service on the vehicle and it is taking time for the computer to "learn" the car again. On March 6, I brought the vehicle back to Vann York Honda due to many check engine codes appearing on the dashboard. On the way to Vann York, the service advisor called me and stated that she would be reaching out to Honda Corporate to see about Honda paying for some of the cost of this service. My wife and I drove into the service bay and I spoke with the service adviso

Car will drive fine , then all of a sudden it shuts completely OFF on the highway which is a MAJOR safety concern. ALL the lights will pop on in the dash board without any warning. Car will act as if it doesn’t want to pick up speed then after about 10-15 mins starts driving fine . This is my second time contacting you all regarding the same issues . Honda needs to definitely do a RECALL ASAP this is NOT SAFE at all to be driving around like this . ALOT of customers driving 2018-2022 Honda Accords have been having the same EXACT issues ..

NHTSA #11694363

NOTE: the item / malfunction described below is CURRENTLY UNDER RECALL for multiple Honda models but has not YET been recalled for the 2021 Accord Sport 2.0T. Please add this model to the recall list!!! I had been driving on the interstate for about 30 minutes on Thursday, 11/7, when suddenly seven of the warning lights flashed in succession on my vehicle, including braking system warnings, emission system warnings, and tire pressure system warmings. I pulled to the side of the road, quite concerned. I called the dealership. The service professional thought it might be the radar on the front camera causing an electrical system malfunction. I was advised by the service technician to drive slowly (about 55mph) and come to the dealership (about an hour away). Upon inspection by the dealer, it was determined that the high-pressure fuel pump in the engine was defective. I did a bit of research: this is the SAME PART that is currently under recall for 720,000 vehicles (2023–2024 Honda Accord and Accord Hybrid, 2025 Honda Civic Sedan and Civic Sedan Hybrid, and 2023–2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid). Please add the Honda Accord Sport 2.0 T, 2019-2022 to the recall list for this issue!

I hereby state that my 2021 Honda Accord has experienced major mechanical failures involving the transmission and head gasket. The vehicle began exhibiting mechanical issues including rough shifting, loss of power, and engine overheating. Upon inspection by a qualified automotive technician, it was determined that both the transmission and head gasket have failed prematurely. These failures have rendered the vehicle unsafe and inoperable, resulting in significant repair costs, loss of use, and financial hardship. The nature and timing of these failures suggest a possible manufacturing or design defect. This statement is submitted in support of a formal claim and potential legal action against the responsible parties for the defective condition of the vehicle.

A transmission problem occurred shortly after a CVT transmission service was performed at an authorized Honda dealership, Classic Honda of Midland in Midland, Texas. After the service, the vehicle began experiencing abnormal noise, vibration, and harsh driving conditions. The vehicle was later inspected at another authorized Honda dealership, Ocean Honda of Burlingame, California. During the inspection, technicians documented that the CVT transmission fluid had been overfilled and excess transmission fluid had to be drained. After further evaluation, internal transmission damage was identified and the dealership advised that the transmission likely needs replacement. Ocean Honda of Burlingame provided an estimated cost of 10,101.13 for transmission replacement. Attempts were made to resolve the issue directly with Classic Honda of Midland in Texas, but the dealership refused to take responsibility or provide assistance. This condition may create a safety risk due to potential loss of power and unsafe drivability while operating the vehicle.

Lane Departure,Forward Collision Avoidance2 complaints

Since the first winter after I purchased my vehicle in 2021, typically when cold, but not always, I lose all the Honda Sensing (Advanced Driver Assist Features). The dashboard lights up with the following warnings . - Collision Mitigation Braking System Problem. See Dealer - Road Departure Mitigation System Problem. See Dealer - Auto High Beam Problem. See Dealer - Adaptive Cruise Control System Problem. See Dealer - Lane Keep Assist System Problem. See Dealer This failure of these safety systems can last anywhere from 5-60 minutes. Sometimes if you shut the vehicle off and turn it back on again, the warning will go away. On multiple cold mornings (below ~45°F), my 2021 Accord Hybrid displays a cascade of safety system failure warnings upon startup. The dash shows errors for the collision mitigation braking, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, road departure mitigation, and more—all at once. When these systems are disabled, it severely compromises safety. This issue happens repeatedly in colder weather. The dealer has personally witnessed the issue in their service bay and acknowledged it's a known problem but had no fix, advising me to turn the car off and on again. This recurring failure of critical safety systems in cold conditions puts me, my passengers, and other road users at risk.

This has been reported one time before but the situation has gotten worse when driving at approximately 60ish miles per hour but it starts doing it about between 50 and 70 mph when driving and the car is using the regular engine not the EV section. You will randomly lose the ability to accelerate and you have to remove your foot from the gas let the engine slow and then re-accelerate now for the second time as I'm driving I lose the ability to accelerate at all and no matter what I do the car will slow almost every warning light on the dash comes on and there are 11 different warnings I've uploaded photos of a few I have a video though also and you lose complete power and ability to drive warning lights such as power steering problem emissions problem powertrain problem all of those are part of what turns on if you try to move the vehicle it will not move unless it is an EV mode and even then it only works for several feet but you can't get over a few miles per hour if you are on the highway like I was going 65 mph and there's traffic is extremely dangerous the only reason I was not hit was because I turn my emergency lights on and was able to maneuver my vehicle to the shoulder safely had I been in a more busy section of the road or had I been in an area where I could not get off the road I would have been hit by another vehicle. Honda has stated they can't find anything wrong with the vehicle but a quick Google search shows that this is a common issue and I have a video of the dash with all the warning lights should anyone need it as well as photos.

I bought my vehicle around May 2024. Initially, everything seemed fine. However, I noticed that my car was starting to slow down and would enter limp mode, preventing me from exceeding a certain mileage. Subsequently, all the lights on my dashboard began flashing, prompting me to pull over and call a mechanic shop. I had all the necessary maintenance and repairs performed as per the plan. After starting the vehicle, all the lights turned off, and it drove smoothly. A few weeks later, all the lights came back on again, and nothing showed on the OB2 Reader, which I thought was odd because something shouldve popped up if all the lights on my dashboard was going all crazy. The mechanic said the same thing and maybe thought it was the battery, sensors going bad, or even the wiring. But he checked everything and said he didnt find any issues. So I went home and the lights on the dashboard stayed on for 30 seconds and then turned off after I started the car. The lights turning on all at once on the dashboard became more frequent and this time, the check engine light illuminated, indicating a misfiring issue. I took the vehicle to a mechanic shop for a thorough inspection, and they made a few minor adjustments. However, two months later, the same problem recurred. All the lights came on again, and the vehicle misfired once more, accompanied by the check engine light. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the issue was a head gasket leak. Additionally, the seat belt alert for the passenger and rear seats, as well as the child car seat, failed to function properly.

I have only had this car 4 months, if that long. I have put very few miles on it. Driving home from work, at most 35 mph, there was a loud thud from what seemed the floorboard followed by a sharp slam of the brakes that i could not control. Many of the instrument warning lights came on. some flashed, some stayed on. I was able to pull onto the shoulder of the road to call for help. However, upon trying to put the car into gear again, it would not move. This is very very disappointing as it was purchased at not only an expensive price, but bought with a promise of your Honda dealership. It is noteworthy that i had just returned home from a trip a day or two prior to this happening. Had this happened unexpectantly in six lanes of traffic, it would have certainly caused an accident or worse. After doing some research, I see there were many defects specific to the make and model of this car. I was never informed of any of them. Please see CVT control information published for reference. I have spoken with the dealership multiple times and I have been unable to come to any resolution concerning this new vehicle, that is unable to be driven. Scary and Dangerous!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the 2021 Honda Accord have any recalls?
There are 4 recalls reported to NHTSA for the 2021 Honda Accord. Recalls are issued by the manufacturer or NHTSA and do not by themselves establish that any individual vehicle is defective.
How do I know if my vehicle might qualify under California lemon law?
California lemon law generally applies when a substantial defect covered by the warranty is not repaired after a reasonable number of attempts, or the vehicle is out of service for repairs for an extended period. Whether any individual vehicle qualifies depends on its own repair history. We offer a free review to evaluate your specific situation.
Are these complaints proof that the vehicle is defective?
No. Complaints are consumer-reported allegations filed with NHTSA. They are unverified, do not establish that any defect exists, and are provided here for informational purposes only.
Does a case cost me anything?
In qualifying California lemon law cases, attorney fees are typically recoverable from the manufacturer. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Contact us for a free, no-obligation review of your situation.
