Fuel/Propulsion System1 complaint

When refueling the gas pump clicks off after a few seconds. Sometimes it doesn't click off but back splashes fuel out the gas filler hole. I have had gas spray back several times, getting all over the RV, the ground, and my clothes. Repair places have said there is nothing they can do because it is a design flaw cause the fill tube is too flat. This seems like a huge fire risk to me.

NHTSA #11483013

Tires1 complaint

The contact owns a 2019 Entegra Odyssey RV constructed on a 2019 Ford E450 chassis equipped with Hankook Tires, Tire Line: Dynapro HT, Tire Size: LT225/75/R16, DOT Number: BCXEHUH. The contact stated that upon inflating the tires, his brother was informed that the tires needed to be replaced as they had dry rotted. Additionally, the contact stated that the tires were consistently becoming flat while driving. The Tire dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The RV dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The tires were not replaced. The RV and tire failure mileage was 6,000.
