POWER TRAIN

Every time I start my 2020 Dodge Durango I hear and feel a hard shift into reverse. No transmission fluid loss, just increasingly louder & feeling if the shift change. ***Vehicle started this @ 20,000 miles and only has 32,000 on it now. | Transfer case failure. The rear tail lights and the rear “race track” running light have allowed water to enter causing premature failure of a large portion of the light(s).
