Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Dodge Challenger vehicles. The left rear seat back may not lock in the upright position. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."

Consecuencia reportada: A seat back that is not locked into position can increase the risk of injury in a crash.

Remedio: Dealers will inspect and adjust the seat back latch striker as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 15, 2024. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US LLC's number for this recall is 38B.

This make/model/year has many issues of windshield cracking. My car windshield was fine, no issues, I went to the garage to uncover it to drive and there was a crack among the passenger edge about 9 inches.
